Two ABTA travel agents - Universal Travel Ltd (ABTA no.50762) and Mario World Travel Ltd (ABTA no.F6581) have ceased trading and as a result our phones have been very congested. Please bear with us. If you have a holiday booked with either of these two companies please consider the following:

If you are aware of the tour operator you are booked with, please call them.

If you do not, but are meant to be travelling within the next two weeks, please do call our Claims office. However, if you are not due to go on holiday imminently and you don't know the holiday operator you are booked with, ABTA is due to receive more information from the companies within the next few days. Please call then.

Everyone who has booked with these companies will either still be able to go on holiday or get their money back.
